Any thoughts on electric motorcycle jackets?
I’m a slender female rider and when it is below 70 degrees I get cold on my bike. I want to ride further into the fall this year and have some long road trips planned, but definitely need warmer gear. I’ve been reading about the electric jackets from Aerostitch. Has anyone tried one of these? Are they safe it it rains? Any thoughts? Thank you!

First you need a bike with a large enough capacity charging system to support these things. Many bikes do not have the capacity, check with your dealer. Then you will need to have wiring added for these.
Aerostitch is not bad equipment, but the Gerbings is far superior in quality.
