Can I use a scooter (Vespa) with my EU driving license in New York?
I am a permanent resident was in New York (green card) and I want a Vespa .. I buy my European driving license (AB, the means for cars and motorcycles) with me .. I know I’m probably a license the State of New York to get, but I do not have time or not .. Can I use my Vespa as well or I will pay more money problems and penalties? Each answer NYPD officer?
