I can’t understand why a person would buy a cchooter. Honda–Yamaha makes real nice around town motorcycles. 600 cc and 650cc well decked out . They will last for years of transportation and enjoyment.

Greetings; I’m from the states. If i were located across the pond. I would check the local newspaper listings. Talk to the neighbors to see who selling one(in their barn or workshed). Or pickup an issue of “Scootering”, magazine published in the UK(and sold in the states). They too, have a sales listing with pictures. Cheers.
