Like a car insurance would know whether I was entitled to prior insurance?
As mentioned above, I claimed on my existing car insurance policy for about 2 years a go now. Whenever new quotes they ask if I had any claims in the last 3 years (which I have). But I wonder how would my new insurance or something if I did not want any claims. “Certainly if they were all on a database, they wouldnt ask me first they would check for any reason, and what would happen if I found out thanks
How would a car insurance know if I make a claim to former insurance? Answer:
you ask, and check later. You could be canceled for fraud. Once done, you may need to have high-risk insurance for 3 years.

you have access to insurance records / DMV records. They are easy to file claims related to you through Choice Point of Lexis Nexis. Never lie to cancel any form of this cause your insurance and if you are in an accident your request not to disclose the accident may be denied. You can have your claims history for free on this website https: / / personalreports.lexisnexis.com / fact_act_claims_bundle / landing.jsp, you are entitled to a free CLUE once a year . it is all here. do not lie, or your policy may lapse if you try to make a claim.
