If you have a long haul gasoline car can park in the garage and go to LEAF in the city, most people drive only 60 to 70 miles a day anyway. Leaf works for me back 11 miles to and from work. No gasoline charges $ 2 to $ 3 to travel up to 100 miles. I have 3 Leafs so far and they are driven the real thing. Super sophisticated technology than any car you have ever seen. Super Quiet smooth. The only generator I know that wants to be on the sheet is the recuperation of the turns waste heat of brakes into usable energy that is stored back into the battery.
