I was looking at the Nissa Journal website, I thought this thing was the new 2011 term, on-board generator have? NE 1 to know ne thing? Why the need for gas? a belt could power the generator.

then it would be a gasoline-electric hybrid. $ 40,000 + Chevorlet Volt’s “extended range” with a small gasoline-powered generator. If you have a long haul gasoline car can park in the garage and go to LEAF in the city, most people drive only 60 to 70 miles a day anyway. Leaf works for me back 11 miles to and from work. No gasoline charges $ 2 to $ 3 to travel up to 100 miles. I have 3 Leafs so far and they are driven the real thing. Super sophisticated technology than any car you have ever seen. Super Quiet smooth. Leaf costs less than Chevy. Tax credits charger in the garage installation. I want one in the next few years. Could go for another model like an electric Cube.

The only generator I know that wants to be on the sheet is the recuperation of the turns waste heat of brakes into usable energy that is stored back into the battery.
